Consulting Associate/Partner

We aim to have delivery capacity within 3 hours of any place our clients need us. So, we continue to selectively build our network of associates and consulting partners. These are long-term relationships based on mutual trust and benefit. This kind of relationship tends to work best for experienced OD professionals who are done with life in large MNCs and ready for a new adventure.

Research Partner

We are passionate about the need for good research with practical implications for organisation, team and leader effectiveness. To achieve this requires collaboration between researchers and practitioners with shared goals. We care deeply about creating real global perspectives. This requires collaboration amongst researchers from developed and developing countries, east and west, north and south. All must have a voice in shaping research agendas. To this end, we created a non-profit called ACORN – the Asian Collaborative Organisation Research Network.

Business Partner

We’ve developed proprietary products and services for our Excelerator™ and Interact™ offerings. In several instances, these provide the opportunity to partner with other firms providing complementary products or services. What we look for is the chance to combine our offerings in a way that provides even greater benefit to the client and fits with the strategies and values of OS and our partner. For example, we’ve been able to partner with a brand consultancy on our Brand Excelerator™.
