Leader Assessment Services

We provide executive assessments as needed for LEAP and LEPT programmes. In addition, we provide the following:

  • Assessment and feedback services for selection, identification of potential, and individual development purposes

  • Assessment Centre design and feedback

  • Personality, cognitive ability and leader style assessments for different levels of management; these may be administered independently or combined with 360 degree interview or instrument-based assessment feedback

  • Remote or in-person administration of assessments and feedback

Our Assessment practice is supervised by a PhD-level Industrial and Organisational Psychologist.
