Specialised LEPT programmes

• LEPT ‘Lite’
  A 6-9 month programme with reduced coaching time and fewer action learning experiences

• LEPT Skill
  A 2-4 month programme to develop specific skills such as key job transitions, executive on-boarding, and executive communication skills

• LEPT Communicator
  A 2-4 month programme to help mid-level and senior-level managers effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, influence more senior level executives, or manage media interviews

Leader Assessment Services

We provide executive assessments as needed for LEAP and LEPT programmes. In addition, we provide the following:

• Assessment and feedback services for selection, identification of potential, and individual development purposes

• Assessment Centre design and feedback

• Personality, cognitive ability and leader style assessments for different levels of management; these may be administered independently or combined with 360 degree interview or instrument-based assessment feedback

• Remote or in-person administration of assessments and feedback

Our Assessment practice is supervised by a PhD-level Industrial and Organisational Psychologist.
