Leadership Development Programme Manager
The manager will undertake the execution of Leader Excelerator Personal Training (LEPT) programmes worldwide and provide support to LEPT coaches and clients. Managing all aspects of execution and client support including both in-house programmes and GRLD consortium. He/She will also responsible for marketing activities relating to LEPT and GRLD.

Organisation and Leadership Development Consultant
The consultant will support design, deliver and facilitate consulting services and interventions. He/She also provides support, develop, administer and analyse surveys and other types of research or diagnostic work. Supporting business development for new and existing clients in the region is a necessity.

We are passionate about the need for good research with practical implications for organisation, team and leader effectiveness. This requires collaboration amongst researchers from developed and developing countries, east and west, north and south. All must have a voice in shaping research agendas. To this end, we created a non-profit called ACORN – the Asian Collaborative Organisation Research Network.
