LEAP offered something for all stakeholders. LEAP participants found the structured learning modules and tools from workshops the most important for their development.; while their managers on the senior team thought the strategic projects were most instrumental in development and most important for the business. Ensuring learning occured in both areas was the key to programme success.
In addition to projects, each leader drove their own development through individual action learning experiences. Executive coaching and bespoke 360s supported this development and ensured accountability.
