Rapid growth and expanding opportunities in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) region was a boon for McDonald’s. As a result, their regional talent management team was stretched thin and needed support for an organisation design project.
Rising to the challenge, Devon Voster worked with their global talent team and volunteered to move to Asia for a three-month assignment.
In less than 100 days, she had to increase her knowledge of organisation design, better understand the cultural and region dynamics, and deliver the project.
