Our client is an industry leader in manufacturing and innovation and is dedicated to grooming their own future leaders. After creating a process to evaluate their top global leaders, they asked us to work together to build an assessment process for their regional and country-specific leadership positions. They wanted to build a leadership pipeline, minimize the risk of hiring externally, and ensure they made the best promotion decisions.

Approach

  • Created Growth Leader Profile. We co-designed the framework with our client to capture elements of our Growth Leader model. This ensured that the leaders selected could grow their business. .
  • Selected Assessments for Regions. We identified valid assessments that would work with candidates from diverse cultural and language backgrounds and helped ensure these candidates could work cross-culturally.
  • Great Development Experience. Each leader received a detailed feedback report followed by a development planning session. This ensured candidates received development feedback even when not selected for the positions.
